The beef with ICP is that before EMINEM was famous, he claimed to know ICP and had a flyer to one of his shows saying ICP might show up, than ICP shows up and EMINEM asked them to perform, the next day Eminem goes on the J-Leno show and talks shit bout ICP and that's how the beef started. D12 jumped Esham and fucked up his eye for life which is why he's always wearing sun glasses. far as i know the beefs been dropped for years since they have kids and stuff they don't want their children involved with it.
