The Performer
That's a VERY cool new type of bass producer for home systems. Instead of using a voice coil on a cone to create sound pressure it has a fan in which the blades can change their angle at different amounts to produce VERY low frequencies. I've seen a video somewhere around that showed it, but I cant remember where... Most likely youtube, give me a min to see if I can find it. Quote CERTIFIED BITCHES!!! According to their site it will even produce frequencies below 1hz. From what I've read it goes beyond sound and that you just FEEL the bass. And if I remember right you have to have a VERY large amount of airspace for it to be effective, they install them in the house's attic. Quote CERTIFIED BITCHES!!! The Performer
Phoenix Gold Cyclonehttp://www.audiojunkies.com/product/1006/p...cyclone-reviews ^That is one I have yet to see! Check out the specs on it, it's got a frequency range of 11 to 60hz. Who knows what the future will bring. Quote CERTIFIED BITCHES!!! Not being new at something doesn't mean anything. Who knows what the future will bring. They died out just as fast as they came in. I heard one sealed it was the most accurate bass I have ever heard. They cost almost 1k each and this was back in 96 or so I would love to see these brought back, But they did have alot of issues and you had to clean them to keep them from getting noisy. Cool thing about them is that you dont need a ton of power to get them loud
