WOW, this is a loaded question.... Are you wanting Mono channel, 2/4 channel???? Besides the name brands you already mentioned, I like the the following:

1. US Amps (all old school series, 07/08 models of "Merlin2", and the AX series

2. AudioQue seems to have an established product line that seems to be great.

3. Old school Orion amps

4. MMATS is a fantastic amp,

5. Kicker

6. Zapco
