Should I step anything up? 140 or 160 ho alt..(don't have yet)....Yellow top under the hood. One run of pos. and neg. 1/0 gauge Knukonceptz KLM wire to trunk. A Powermaster D925 in the trunk. The setup this will be running is two Elemental Designs ED Nine.1(1200 watts rms at 1ohm each), and a two channel amp thats approx. 100x2(undecided on this amp) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Guest Posted July 25, 2008 Report Share Posted July 25, 2008 run a bigger battery in the trunk, either a D3100, 9a31, or hc2400. everything else is fine. edit: yes it is 1/0. do the Big 3 too. then you shouldnt even have voltage drops, if so, very little. Make sure that you ground to either the same side frame rail, or the same side sub-frame if it is a unibody vehicle.
