So i was looking around to see if I could buy a wiring harness for my cd player and i keep reading i need one of those $100 harness's to keep air bags and such, is this true??? jmsonoma03 Posted July 27, 2008 Report Posted July 27, 2008 you should be able to wire up a new deck with a regular harness but the car wont have acc power behind the radio you will have to run acc from the ign harness fused or get the $100 harness.

So i won't lose airbags or anything? you wont lost air bags but you will lose warning chimes.
