i like fi
Do i have to make sure not to spray too much activator on ca? How long does it take for ca to dry without activator? I know there are tons of diff types, but want to find some info. i using 1 15" daily option, old coil looked good, tensils not. one tensil broke in half so i was making twice less power. holes in spider. but coil like new after 2k rms and dc offset. lance_aka_64
i honestly feel if you have NO idea what glue or how to do a recone you have no business doing them. considering that scott doesn't ship ca anymore and recommends using epoxy. that is why this guy was using EPOXY. AI James
im willing to bet it was recommended because its readily available. my argument had another to do with what glue hes using its not my sub he can use rubber cement for all i care. ca glue works for manufacture so i don't see why its bad now. lance_aka_64
i do agree that ca is way easier to use even without the accelerator. and yes epoxy is way easier to get a hold of. i would like to get a good size bottle of ca just for the hell of it. and accelerator of course. But you experts use "manila folder" , first time i heard word manila in my life. "this is to those who left smart ass comments." For those who gave pointers, thanks buddies.
