2 125 amp fuses from the alt to the front battery and then another pair of 150 amp fuses from the front battery to the rear batteries?

i'm sure the sundown 3000ds call for a 300 amp fuse and that's what you should be using after the underhood battery and before the rear battery.

2-DC 15XLM2 D.7s

1-DC 5K amp

(1) XS Power D6500(UNDERHOOD) and (1) XS3000(REAR)

3 runs 1/0ga for power and 2 runs of 1/0ga for negative.

(2)-RFT165s components, ...... 4 separate 1 inch tweetersRF T600-2(fronts) Punch 450.4(rear)

Audiocontrol 3.1.

DC power 260amp alternator w/MLA Module

I definately recommend fusing the 6" lengths. You NEVER know what could happen. If the positive cable for some reason pulls out of the amplifier connection, you don't want to lose all that you have invested over a couple $10 fuses.

Loud as f*ck, and sounds good doing it.

Team built from here on out!!!!

BIG things to come.........

Always have a fuse installed b4 the amps! And yeah the 3000Ds ask for a 300A fuse but Jacob says you wouldn’t need a fuse bigger then a 250 if you play music and don’t run the amps below 1ohm.

and that's if he plays it at 1 ohm. why not go ahead and throw a couple of good 300s in there now vs spending more money on fuses down the road ... wouldn't hurt.

Agreed 100%. Just telling him what’s up. Overkill never killed anyone
