its dual 1.5 and its not sq but when i hooked up my hifonics from my pa it picked up more frequencies and sounded better,around a thousand on my budget,income taxes help alot prolly a lil over that but i still gotta get my kinetic and wiring

since you love Hifonics buy 2 XX Hercules and call it a day, should be under 1k for 4k RMS and should sound a hitload better

whats the differnce between the xx and the brutus you know?they both say same power

one does 2k plus the other doesnt even do 2k

so how do you find out what amp does what if they both say 2000rms

well you can test them with the proper equipment,  nobody in the word that i know of owns a BXI/Brutus hifonics that does its rated power, every Hercules does its power at 12v

so if it does its power 2000rms at 12 volts with the soundstream crossover its output is 13.5 volts,would that mess the amps up
