Since my other thread was mostly about the Silverado I'd figure I'd jump over here to a new thread.

I got my truck last Friday and a few friends came over to help work on it. Has a lot of welding and body work that needs to be done before I get into audio.

Here is the plan as it stands:

4 15" DC LVL 5s

1 (maybe 2) DD Z2LV

Wall . . . 37ish hurts . . . err um I mean hz.

Eclipse CD7200 MK II

2 Eclipse XA4200

2 sets Eclipse SC8365

2 sets Eclipse SC6900

(for now)

Powermaster Batteries

240 amp alternator

Kicker Wiring (hyperflex, rcas, speaker, etc.)

Of course there is a LOT more to this but that is the overview.

Now for the progress pics so far:

(Relocating the Gas Tank to the bed, rewelding c-notch, rewelding tanks on frame) and very slow progress so far.

Flowmasta:

Excessive rollin hard by the previous owner led to this (among other things):

I have run into a speed bump (not literally although they are a problem). Do any of you know a creative way or hell a good way of fabbing up fenders for the front wheels so I don't drown out my engine when it rains?

Any input would help me along nicely!

MOAR!

:D

Gonna finish welding on the truck this week hopefully. Probably Tue. or Wed. I just ordered my new airbag and it should be here at the end of the week. My goal for this week is to get the bed back on and gas tank in the bed. Whatever this hurricane does will affect my work.

I would try running full trailer fenders up front if you can get them in there. I love full fenders up front, looks secksy imo.

My System:

Pioneer AVH-P3200BT

4-Dayton 7 inch reference series (front doors)

8-Onkyo 3/4 inch tweeters (dash)

1-Sundown Audio 100.4D (mids/highs)

2-18" BTL's (for now)

Crescendo 3kwp (for sale)

Complete rebuild coming soon...
