Headrest Moniters Will Not Work. Help Needed :excl:

ok, i just got done wiring my moniters and i am convinced that i have them up right. but the thing is, i can't even get them to turn on. i have the power and ground hooked up, and video right to the dvd player. what could be doing it?

did you check your power and ground connections with a meter to be sure they are good, are there inline fuses in the power wires if so are there fuses preinstalled... what are you using as a power source?

i started with using the power wire on my neon in the car(before the switch, not after) that didn't work, so i did it at the point of my 4ch amp, then i did it directly to my bus bars, nothing.

Is there a green wire?? Is it grounded??

just red, black, and then the video rca. red is to power, black is grounded

ok, i'm looking at the box and the box shows that there is a remote but i got these from Jman08 and he said he couln't find the remotes or somthing. do you think its a possibilty that they won't turn on unless the remote does it?

try and find the remotes for them on ebay, or call the factory and have them send you a couple? kind of silly for a monitor not to have a power button though. what kind of monitors are they?
