ChiefDankBud
I was looking at things I could add to my car to increase the SQ and I came across this item. It says it prevents backwave & distortion, but I am not sure what type of sound difference itll make. I know what distortion is, but can someone explain what exactly a backwave is, and if they know if Dynaxorb is worth a try? http://www.dynamat.com/products_car_audio_dynaxorb.html 2003 Pontiac Vibe Dark Red 18" Motegi MR-7's 2 Alpine Type-R 6.5" Coaxial Speakers on the front doors Alpine CDA Head Unit w/IPod Cable Alpine V-Power mono mr650 12" Alpine Type-R(2 Ohm) Subwoofer Dynamat in the trunk with the liscense plate and, 2 Stock tweaters in the front, with the stock speakers in the back seats

trainman0978
I have the second skin speaker tweakers behind my rear set of 6.5" s and the dynaxorb behind my front set of 6.5"s... I can't tell a difference. I put it in there anyway though. The dynaxorb is 6 inch square tiles. It will get costly to line the entire inside of a box. 2007 Toyota FJ Cruiser Voo Doo Blue my upgrades and "build" thread. raytard
dont do it to a subwoofer, its meant for like door speakers and smaller stuff to reduce distortion its all marketing mumbo jumbo, I personally dont think it does diddly but if you want to try spray-on bed liner in your box, i've heard it adds mass to the wood to bring it's resonant frequency down below a perceptable level, eliminating distortion but again, may just be mumbojumbo, noone ever prooves this stuff with anything more than a diagram in paint Build: http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/ind...hl=avalon+build monster/rockford/kicker/stinger cables, pioneer source, jbl highs/amps, kinetik/shuriken batts, iraggi alt, dei security, dc subs(atleast for now) Team DC
