David Posted January 7, 2007 Report Share Posted January 7, 2007 ammat, just paint the port with some texture spray, the cloth will lower your spl score like rusty says, and it can affect Sq and tuning. I have heard of others doing this(grill cloth over the port) and just about all of them says the same thing spl goes down and sq gets better without the cloth.
