David Posted September 23, 2008 Report Share Posted September 23, 2008 the box has bracing you just cant see it in that pic I posted ( it also has a double front baffle that I did not do in the drawing) those arent areo ports as the flare is to big to fit in the opening of the rear seat with the woofer so where using just 4" abs pipe. ( flare is 7 inches in diameter) its easy as pie to bend a round abs port, just buy a 4" abs 90 and your golden.
