Golf-StyleZ Posted October 8, 2008 Report Share Posted October 8, 2008 Welcome on my topic poly door panels.. This is my orginal door panel. First, i have make the tweaters on my panels. Then I have started with making the shape for the 2 speakers. Afterwards I have past the speakers in the shape. Then I have put some cubes under the shape, and then i have make the shape for the substance screen made. First i have cut the substance, i use a stappler for making the shape on the door panel. Now i have use the polyester on the substance, than i have use the glass fibre and then I have the polyester fubre lubricated with polyester. It have for a long time to that it was really hard, but the next day just really hard. I have cut the lines, circle etc. no it looks like this.. Now i have put the speakers on it, and looks now like this. When its done im gonna go to my car its a GOLF 2 1.6, i past the panels in my door and its good now.. but there is a small problem, on both of the panels, I dont have use my head. i cant open the windows lol hehe.. i can open little my window So this is my first time that i have make some things with polyester.. i can use some help how i can make it better, or can say to me how i can make the pannels better for open my windows. i must make only the fill on the polyester. i go paint it so,, greetings SteFan Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I know there was a different trick to this, I love the factory mold look, I want to learn! lol if its just resin, and I don't see it oh well Quote I have a ritual called "terminator". I crouch in the shower in the "naked terminator" pose. With eyes closed I crouch for a minute and visualize either Arnie or the guy from the 2nd movie. I then start to hum the T2 theme. Slowly I rise to a standing position and open my eyes. It helps me get through my day. The only problem is if the shower curtain sticks to my terminator leg. It sorta ruins the fantasy.
