bangin_explorer Posted October 13, 2008 Author Report Share Posted October 13, 2008 K well, took a trip to Parma to Harbor Freight and picked up a few supplies.. 6" backing plates for the DA so i can put different grits on each them so i dont have to switch back and forth if i need like "80 grit" instead of 120 grit, ect.. got some new safety glasses cause i stepped on my last ones "they were clear and didnt see them haha" different grit stick & sand pads (40,80 & 120) for the DA, and got a pack of 220 grit (they didnt have any stick & sand 220 ). some 80 grit sanding pads for the angle grinder. thought i grabbed some other stuff to but i guess not unless i left a bag there @ HF haha. still need a few other things, but that was enough for today since they were out of stock of a few things i needed Few Pic's. Ohio winters are rough on the paint hahayeah i been taking some pics i'll post them 2marrow..today i did a couple things that were not on the list... i shaved the rear window wiper, shaved the rear key hole, and shaved the rear door handle.. and i also got the rear door prepped for duraglass once i get the inside lip done at the bottom (its hard to get in that tight spot but i think i got a idea for that 2marrow). the wire wheel took most of the rust off, but its not to the bare metal yet, so more work on that.. but i got quite a bit of sanding to do 2marrow .......................................................
