bangin_explorer Posted October 13, 2008 Report Share Posted October 13, 2008 (edited) i know a few ppl that have owned MX's and never had "noise" issues.. maybe talk to bigg boy and get his take on them since he actually has personal experience with them.. otherwise, ive had experience with the 02-05 xXx's, SE's, & SX's and i loved all of them.. my SX's loved the lows and did good # wise, i would look into those maybe or some older xXx's (i dont have Personal experience with the newer ones). Decaf Posted October 13, 2008 Report Share Posted October 13, 2008 re=great for multisub applications and small box requirments se=one of the best sounding speakers out there at 600w rms sx=streetjam sq on steroids...some say they dont sound good but thats mostly box and install problems mx=higher power sx with better sq, all new motor design, bridging the gap between sx and xxx old xxx=usually in top 3 best subs ever made w/XBL2 technology new xxx=higher power than old xxx, most excursion in a speaker, 54mm on way, some say doesnt sound as good as old xxx, mainly the problem is so few can afford them Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
