Wheather they are closely rated or not, they are solid amps that have never let me down, i have installed about 5 of these on my friends cars and i have competed with 2 of them for over a year and not one of my customers or I have had even the slightest problem with them, they are awsome for the price Quote ------------------------------------------------- 1st place circuit city car/spl show (maplewood,MN) 2006 146.6 dB's with 2 12" L7 and 1606d brutus
