I understand the kerfs....but if your willing to share....How do you get the mdf to bend without splitting is there a trick to it?

that amps powerfull as hell, the most ive known the older mtx 801ds could do was 1000@ 2ohm, damn they came a long way, the 1501d's hardly make 2000w@2ohm n urs a 800w that does damn nere 2000w, is the newr mtx amps birth sheets pritty much close together cause i need somethin that can give my 8000's more than 400rms each, and big props on the box hope i could learn how to curf cut, is it possable to do curft cuts with berch? ied like to try it but only wood i ever build with is berch, cause im alurgic to mdf cause the fermaldihide(sp) makes my throat burn like hell n i cant breathe when im around teh stuff even at work when we put on back pannels it irritates the hell out of me so i had to say the hell with mdf n now im stuck on berch but can u curft burch being its a multi ply plywood? cause prolly the layers will chip like hell but anyways killer skills on the box man hope those p2's will hold up, if that amp does what its said to do ied get a set of t1's n sell those p2's, anyways good luck with ur build man good skills

Wow, Cut it close on the measurments. Almost couldn't get it in the trunk.

It took some creative movement to get it in, but it fit like a glove.

To answer a couple questions, I have never used birch, but think it might not bend without a break, dunno for sure though

The P2 will get replaces with a couple P3's soon as the box will work for those as well.

These won't last for ever with that amp cuz even at 2 Ohms it'll do about 1200w

On to the pix BTW those are not scratches on it, thats reflections and it needs to be wipped down too for dust
