the small piece that goes across the front. screwed and glued. i was going to use nails but the werent long enough to go threw the double piece and hold on the side

what i do is cut my pieces to fit without creases it makes a seam but then i just put a small piece over the seam just as strong with no air bubbles this piece is for the corner

third baffle test fitted im going to have to make another one the router i was using wasnt made for the jig and i didnt know its only alittle off but it makes a huge diffence

the top edge i think im goignt to attach the baffle and then hit the top with a belt sander to flush it all up

i sanded the baffle to port smooth it was of by like a quarter inch in some spots but its all flush now
