No new real updates however i got my box metered the other day...

voltage issues for the loose, could only get a 141.1 out of it, and i had to switch back to my mark anthony amp when i was previously running an lighting audio amp which i feel would have giving me a slightly higher score

i've did slight cosmetic works on the box, thinking about painting it this summer, sometime soon... hopefully i can get on the meter again this weekend and try new things and see if i can't squeeze a another couple tenths of a decible out of it

i should mention this will be a very slow ongoing build that i willprobably be updating for the next year or so but i do have some small updates...

so i haven't gotten much done lately but i did manage to pick up a new set of component speakers that will be going in shortly...

today i took my center consel out to wash it and it completely faded it and ruined it, i was so furious so i decided it's time to take up on painting, though i don't have pictures of the process i have pictures of the final product...

i must say it looks brand new, bad thing though the new paint doesn't match my 13yr old paint so since the center consel is two parts, a top half and bottom half i'll have to paint the bottom half...

my concern though is i'm afraid the paint will chip, peel very easily and which is why i'm going to hold off on the bottom half, is there anything i can put on this paint job in order to make the paint more durable and last longer???

components will be going in shorty...

hoping to upgrade electrical this summer..

many things to come..

What tuning do you have for the TL and what is your line length?

You have a lot of line Sd there, all the TL subs I have heard have sounded better with smaller line Sd and some stuffing fill as well. Did you design it with a large TL line Q in mind to get more SPL and "roar" out of it.

My saying: "A boom a day keeps the hearing away."

the tuning was around 32 but with the kerfs it is more like 34, as for my line length it is around 112.25inches long but with the kerfs to lowered it to around 109 or so

it was designed in order to murder the lows, and provide excellent sound quality. the spl part is a plus :D
