tahoexfixssd Posted December 31, 2008 Report Share Posted December 31, 2008 (edited) ive built 2 boxes for this truck and about to build a third i kno the the max amount of height at the front of the seats is around 8 inches and 6 at the back. but once u get it all together u only come out with around 1 cu ft. on each side + depends on if you use 1/2 or 3/4 mdf. ive used a combination of both with fiberglass to reinforce. here are some pics....
