dtbrown
159.9 db on music can literally tear your car apart. So do a dedicated car that you plan on reinforcing the roof and A pillars with steel.
galacticmonkey
Never actually Bassraced my car, but I know it will Bassrace in the 150-159.9 class... Obviously. Van will be ready by SBN. Hopefully will be BRing high 150s with a peak around 30hz, and is my only means of daily transportation.
2000LaDe
only .4 off is close enough. There are a lot of variables and the fact that most competitors USUALLY are 3 db louder on a burp then what they are in bassrace. Point is if you burp a 160 it is very doubtful that you will be able to bassrace a 159.9, and honestly with 12 15's I'd be expecting you to be able to burp louder than a 162.6 Just giving you a little shit man, your loud none the less. lol is 62.6 bad? so what should gmonk be burping then since he has 24 15s? a 180? its cool though i do wish i could do a better burp score but if u look the way my design is its not meant for burping anyways. i can bassrace a 161 on a full out run on 12v while only burping a 162.6. RamenNoodles
amound of woofers play a big part but its not everything. Your box design and his are COMPLETELY different in style and definitely affect the scores.
