Port Help

Can someone check my math for me please...i wanna make sure before i start my new build

Box is 5.77 cu ft after displacement tuned to 36Hz

Port is 2.75" x 26.5" and 17.84" long

That's a big 10 4 on the calculation. I got the same exact thing. You may get some port noise from that port since it's not very wide at all. The air will probably struggle to get out of the box creating a whining or whistling noise at the port exit. Try making it a bit wider and taking some away from the length.

cool thanks....i just wasnt 100% cuz with the calculator i used if i put 26.5 as the height and 2.75 as length i got 17.84" but if i switched em it said like 7.89" i think

how bout 3.5" x 20.8125" and 17.46" long sound better?

That should work out a bit better. Good luck getting the .8125" on the height It's possible to find that exactly, but I wouldn't worry about being that precise. Your only talking about a hundredth of a hert difference if it isn't perfect.
