So I Started The P90x Program Today....

Recommended Posts

Hope you didnt pay for it I could have hooked you up, but for this program to get decent results you have to follow a strict diet and stick to it otherwise your wont get the best results

damn i wish i would have known that before hand lol...ah well...

Im not going by their book but i am eating healthy, no sweets or any unhealthy drinks. only water. I am taking protein after the workouts also, I think I will be good....I thought about following their diet but its damn expensive IMO. Im improvising.

Once Im done with the program for the first time, i will go back for round 2, but i will run also because it will be almost summer by then. Its cold as shit outside, and the high for Friday is supposed to be 19, which isnt good for your lungs (or mine anyways)...

I did it... It really is a good program. I didn't get huge but I definitely got bigger. In my opinion its more for someone trying to loose weight and get ripped than it is for someone who is smaller trying to get bigger. I think its worth it if you are willing to commit a little over an hour a day to working out. and for those that don't know what it is, check out their site. Pretty much you do a crap ton of push-ups, pull-ups, etc using different techniques to work different muscle groups. All you need is a coupe sets of weights (I used mainly 20s and 30s), a pull up bar, and a willingness to workout. and after the first day you will definitely feel it. lol good luck

But I rather be a pro at being myself

Than be an idiot trying to be somebody else
