sean 371
Tune between 30 and 33hz. I personally like individual chambers for each sub, but its up to you. Here's a link to the specs that JL recommends for your subs. Those tend to work real well for overall daily use. http://mobile.jlaudio.com/products_subs_en...hp?series_id=25 A couple links to some box builds: Tahoe Box 1, Tahoe Box 2, Nissan Titan, VW GTI, Mini-Bump, Hummer H2, Ford F-150 My own car builds (current setup --- under construction): Overall Thread, Kickpods, Dash, Back Doors Subwoofer Wall
dmanson
or you can do one big box and run a chamber in the middle so two subs will play in one chamber off one of the jl500/1s and the other two subs will play in the other chamber off of the other jl500/1 2-DC 15XLM2 D.7s 1-DC 5K amp (1) XS Power D6500(UNDERHOOD) and (1) XS3000(REAR) 3 runs 1/0ga for power and 2 runs of 1/0ga for negative. (2)-RFT165s components, ...... 4 separate 1 inch tweetersRF T600-2(fronts) Punch 450.4(rear) Audiocontrol 3.1. ChevyBoy
always run one chamber per amp, unless the amps are connected together.
dmanson
always run one chamber per amp, unless the amps are connected together. that's exactly why i can't up with two chambers, two subs in each chamber unless you can take those two JL500/1s back and get a JL1000/1 2-DC 15XLM2 D.7s 1-DC 5K amp (1) XS Power D6500(UNDERHOOD) and (1) XS3000(REAR) 3 runs 1/0ga for power and 2 runs of 1/0ga for negative.
