Dtv Switch

so today i hooked up and set up my dtv convertor box. all i got to say is i hope ti picture is alot better in a couple weeks when the switch is in full affect. a few station here are digital already and even they look like scrambled porn. it is snowy and just crappy. i hope it is just because the switch did not happen yet. i dont have the money to afford cable or sat. i tried moving my antenna around and it did nothing for the picture. i rent so i cant put a roof mounted one up either. has anyone tried there boxes yet? if so how did the picture look?

i have a dtv in my room with an internal tuner...the channels are hit and miss, some come in great others i dont get at all. im hoping the same thing about the signal
