i thoguht the cone area was more akin to 2 15s on one 22 though

Fi changed from the white lettered dustcap to the silver lettered dustcap around april or so of this year. Reasong being, the white ink was having a hard time staying on the dustcap for some reason so it wasnt adhering as well as they had hoped. The silver for some reason sticks better with less room for error as compared to the white.

I have imagined an 18" forever, I've gone to see some here and there... but actually having one, holding it, turning it over... I can't believe just how big it really is. I used to run 15's. So I gotta know what an 06' XXX is like. I don't think I could want any more. Sure, I'll be going 22" but I'd almost have to think I'd preffer a XXX 18.

HUGE!

Vd of 2 18's :D more Xmax! I didn't get to select anything but 2ohm or 4ohm, but Fi is grey.....?

My bad, I was thinking cone area, instead of total volume displacement

Diameter wise was everything I was expecting... I remember the 1st 18" I saw, Kicker Comp old school, back when PPI came out with the flat cone sub (did I lose most of you already? I'm old) I've seen many an 18" in my life... But the surround on this thing, and watching it go to it's limit.... so much more than I expected!
