Neo_frog Posted March 1, 2009 Author Report Posted March 1, 2009 I thought about it and I think you mean the buss bars on the batteries? I actually made most of them. I bought copper and aluminum bar stock and drilled a bunch of 3/8" holes all equidistant. I had an old piece of slotted copper bar stock that I used as a template for the holes and then just ran some bolts through them with nuts and washers. Neo_frog Posted March 2, 2009 Author Report Posted March 2, 2009 A little update, I had a strange voltage drop today and after troubleshooting I found that two of my cells were reading 2V in the back and would not hold a charge. So I ordered a couple new ones and packed up these to send out for warranty. I unstrapped the amps, built a false floor behind the seats with some RF Power components, wrapped the side pieces and completely sealed everything from front to back. It's not pretty outside the rear doors, but they'll never be opened and I don't have time to work on the hidden stuff. Wired up the speed sense, parking brake and video harness to the HU...among some more little stuff. So right now, no bass until Wednesday and no pics until tomorrow. Need an install? All sealed with bondo and great stuff. Didn't take many pics, but I'm rushing and the finished product is all that matters now. Not much more to go! Need an install?
