PUNKYOU007 Posted February 3, 2010 Report Posted February 3, 2010 be careful with a buffer. your car could be rusted in two months if you dont do it right. looks good though sorry, im late.. only if your a complete idiot will you mess your paint up. Why would his car be rusted? Buffing is way easy. Buy you a Dewalt variable speed buffer, then hit up detailking.com and get you some foam pads and polish and do work. There are some tricks to be learned but the best way to learn is to practice. Goto the local junk yard and pick up some scrap body panels to practice on. Get some that are light colors and dark colors and just practice practice practice. I have been detailing for about 10 years now and i have never not once burnt paint. To top it off i was never given any formal training either, i learned myself. BTW the truck is coming together nicely. Cant wait to see this drop Doethepaperboy "Bars of Pain" Doethepaperboy "Hero Remix" C. Arson d(-__-)b beer sucks...but i can bring some jose cuervo. Only problem is that it makes me horny and gives me the rams. So unless yall wanna fight and then have some great make up sex i will leave it home.

thehoe92 Posted February 3, 2010 Author Report Posted February 3, 2010 well its not all done yet but the back end is dropped. I need to get drop shocks and still cut the bump stop bracket. I can fit just barely my pinky under the bump stop the front my buddy says if I drop, the offset of my rim will rip the fender off but the guy I bought the kit from had the same wheels but 305's and he said it was fine he just had to trim a little so the front and the back both have room to drop but so far so good. I now can fall into my front seat and not have to high step up into it and when I get out I have to stand up instead of falling out I'll have better pictures of the actual install later it doesn't look like much of a difference judging by the gap in the wheel well but the bumper is at my knee Wouldnt be thehoe92 without teh purple
