Not to hijack your thread (awesome truck btw, I've been following this since you started it) but I'm getting my my windows tinted next week finally and want to go down to 5% but wasn't sure how dark it would actually be. chicken is basically the native american hulk, you think he broke that curb with his rim? think again, that was merely him stubbing his toe.
thehoe92 Posted August 23, 2009 Author Report Posted August 23, 2009 no hijackin here lol you are still talking about my tahoe so its all good I got used to the 5% on the front pretty quick it wasn't as bad as the back because the back windows already had stock tint so its a little darker. every once in a while I will roll down my front windows in a dark area just to see a little better but I love the privacy Wouldnt be thehoe92 without teh purple

And if you're looking to get rid of that 18, I wouldn't mind giving it a new home yesterday at lowes I was listening to loganberry's truck from the outside and when he rolled up his windows it surprised me that I could see through a front window of a car.I don't think I will ever own a car without putting 5% on the front windows. I am very cautious about cops but lately in Roseville there haven't been many roamin around. you've got a PM on the 18 Wouldnt be thehoe92 without teh purple

thehoe92 Posted August 23, 2009 Author Report Posted August 23, 2009 yeah thats my favorite loophole and thats how my tint guy mike got me to get 5% on the front since that wasn't my original plan. you don't get a more severe ticket for the number of % you go over the legal limit so why not enjoy the darkness.
