TEST fit the pieces first

put glue

use 90 degree clamp and wipe excess glue

clamp it more to make sure it holds its position when drilling

prepare the drill bit

drill the holes

get the countersink bit

countersink the holes

screw it in

double check if its square

then you can remove the clamps and move on to the next piece

i must say that this is by far one of the most informative post ive seen as to how to clamp/glue/screw and enclosure in a while very well built and great use of the digicam to show every step of the process....looks very well built!!!!

might i suggest using the drill bit and countersink all in one bit?

thanks for the idea! i was just using what i have. but i'll sure get one of those soon!
