c0smo kram3r
Well I plan to run my stock alt at first (150A) with a Deka 9A31 (PM to darn expensive even though you get what you pay for) in rear. If that doesn't work out, then I'm going to buy another Deka 9A31 for under the hood (already measured & it fits with room to go lol). If all that doesn't get enough voltage, then it's finally alternator time. Mine is for 2200w BTW.
takenotes101
so if i do get a new alt... id obviously run 1/0 from alt to batt and fuse it with a 300 anl fuse.. then id do 1/0 for batt ground, then 1/0 from engine block to chassis... would there be any chance that something would short circuit? or would i not have to worry about any problem at all? Done that way, no problem at all... That's the way to do it up right!
