There are tutorials all across the net. I've seen some on every website that were subwoofer enclosure specific. Another good resource is YouTube. There are a ton a specific video tutorials on there.

Here's a quick how-to of a simple sealed box to get you started. Remember it doesn't design or calculate the box for you so you'll have to do that yourself ahead of time. Once you have your dimensions you can start your sketch. Start by using the rectangle tool to draw the bottom board. You don't have to drag it perfect. After dragging the rectangle simply punch in your wanted dimensions using the keypad. You'll see them in the lower right hand corner of your screen.

Then use the push/pull tool to pull the rectangle up 3/4" making it the thickness of your wood. Again you don't have to pull it perfect. Just pull it up then use the keypad to type in your exact wanted dimensions and it will autosize it for you.

Next use the tape measure tool to mark out 3/4" from each side of the box. This is to mark out the thickness of the walls.

After you get those marked use the line tool to draw your lines and then use the eraser tool to erase the tape lines.

Once those lines are drawn use the push/pull tool to pull up each wall using the inner dimensions of your sub box.

Now go to one end of the sketch and draw an upward rectangle 3/4" tall. This is the start of the top of the box.

Then use the push/pull tool to drag it over the box covering the top.

Next use the tape measure tool to mark out your lines for the wood thickness of the bottom of the box and use the line tool to draw them in.

Now do the same thing for the sides. Use the tape measure tool to mark 3/4" in then use the line tool to draw the line. After your lines are drawn use the eraser tool to erase the tape lines.

Next use the tape measure tool to mark out the center locations for the sub holes

Use the circle tool to draw your sub cutout then the eraser tool to erase the tape lines.

Lastly use the push/pull tool to push in the holes 3/4". Your box is now completely built.

The only thing left is to use the dimension tool to mark the dimensions of each line showing exact box measurements. This gives you a drawing to get your cut list from.
