The Performer Posted March 12, 2009 Report Share Posted March 12, 2009 How big is the plexi? If it's manageable size then just go ahead and find someone with a drill press and use the press. That way you can control it alot better and you would be WAY less likely to screw it up. Just take it slow and take breaks because the drill bit will get hot and start to melt the plastic at where you're drilling and look like crap at the hole.
