These have not been installed or seen power since being reconed by dd. I would call DD and talk to them....and get the receipt from the owner.. You need to get the receipt from the previous owner...then call them it will have an invoice number for them to reference.. I mean i heard they wont sell a recone kit to anyone who hasnt gone thru some sort of DD course......i dont know if thats true or not. I reconed a 9510 today, maybe I'm just awesome haha They're just (as mentioned) very picky about who they sell parts to. To get my recones I had to send pics of the back-plate with the machined DD logo with my drivers license and the date in the photo! The 95/99's have a rediculously tight gap, I shimmed it with the cover off a magazine and even then I had to kinda stuff it into the gap. If they were even slightly out they'll stick (I'm not looking forward to pulling the shim out of mine in case it's stuck ) DD would obviously shim them correctly but if he's not being entirely honest about who reconed them then I wouldn't be surprised if they were misaligned.
