keitare
I wanna add a rear battery to my setup how would i wire it to fit into my system Quote Subs are like titties, They need to come in pairs because ones and threes are just wrong, and larger amounts will always draw a crowd, we all have our favorite sizes, but the bigger ones are more fun to watch move. keitare
Would i just run 0/1 from the battery in the front to the battery in the rear or would i run some 0/1 from the pos alt to the battery in the back. And then would i just hook the amp to the batter in the back using 4 guage and then just ground the rear battery and amp to the same ground in the back. Crump
Run wire from positive in front to the positive to the batt in the back. Ground the battery in the back to the chassis. From there ground the amp and run the power to the trunk battery. pear_b
yea, its better to use 1 solid groundpoint for everything. Make sure you fuse within 12 inches of the 2nd battery alrite. t-roy
shouldn't you ground the amp to the rear battery and then ground the battery or does it not matter? Edited April 22, 2009 by t-roy
