GUCCI_BASS09 Posted March 27, 2009 Report Posted March 27, 2009 current setup is 1 audioque 15" wired 1 ohm to audioque 1200d amp waiting on kinetik1400 batt. now on my amp i have my subsonic filter set to about 28hz....gain 3/4 up ....bass boost 3/4 up and low pass filter set to about i wanna say 80hz my box is 5.5 cubes after everything tuned to 32hz the lows are nasty as fuck in my exployer does everything seem about right thanks

brewer_brewer Posted April 4, 2009 Report Posted April 4, 2009 i run an AQ 1200d. it is best to do bass boost all the way down but since the 1200d comes with a bass knob with a clip signal light on it you don't have to worry about it. if you know what you're doing you can safely turn it up all the way until you see that little red clip light come on, as soon as you see that clip light turn it down a lil until the light goes off. i have checked mine with an o-scope and the clip light is fairly accurate.
