Even for plain old Lead Acid Batteries- they are running at like $115! That is crazy to me. Plus- they only last like 5 years. This thing not being a daily driver, the drain on the batteries shortens the life of them even more. I'm just happy it is running. Obviously lots of time, but some bank went into getting it back on the road. Waaaaay more than the blue book on a running van! lol. I feel your pain on the bass withdrawals! I know it isn't your stuff you are working on, but at least you have other people and friends that are into audio. All my folks think I am crazy. And I don't mean in a funny ha ha way- they think I've lost it and am wasting my time and $- yet they have their hobbies?? Meh...
