I only thing I can ask is what pointed you in the direction that the head gasket went out? Thanks- my wife came up with it actually. I love the movie Ghostbusters and my wife said my van looks and drives like a fat Marshmallow... so BAM. Stay Puft. -on the head gasket, mileage got worse and worse, power got bad (such as one can notice out of an old Astro), then the death nail was high idle and NO power. I pulled out a compression checker and found that cylinders 4 & 6 had virtually no compression. Viola. haha dude, i so hope you make it up to the meet up in Feb. I can't wait to hear this thing! Me too brother! I have another thing going on that day, but I believe I am gonna' skip out on that one to make the meet up in Olive Branch / Southaven. The last time I really met up with anyone really into Audio or anyone on SMD was Summer of '09.
