I asked him last week how things were looking for me since I just got my License. He said not to worry bcuz I had seniorority over about half the guys. Well this morning I get pulled into his office and was told tomorrow was going to be my last day. I was just there like r u serious. They said it was nothing personal just business and if it were our old company someone else wouldve been let go and not me. But Since now we are a corporate company thats how they do things. Bright side is i get 3 weeks worth of pay tomorrw for a vaca i havent used yet and I already might have another job lined up. He will call me tomorrow after the other interviews he has and tell me whats up. It looks promising bcuz he wants someone he doesnt have to train. I know all the stores and restaurants in the valley and know their whole portfolio of beverages since they used to belong to my old company b4 the merge. We are still in a good tax bracket so even with the tax from that we should still have a chunk of change left at taxes next yr.
