dynodan9 Posted April 4, 2009 Report Posted April 4, 2009 I have a set of Infinity Kappa's 6.5 coaxs that are 2 ohm. But I had planned on getting another set of MB quarts that are components that are 4 ohm. Can you run a set of 2 ohm speakers and another set of 4 ohm speakers off of one 4 channel amp with no negative side effects?
finkster Posted April 4, 2009 Report Posted April 4, 2009 nope, you will be fine DAT 4125------>RE XXX comps active Eclipse cd7000 I serve drunks for a living
raytard Posted April 4, 2009 Report Posted April 4, 2009 you'll be fine just hook up speakers to terminals like you normally would, the 2ohm kappas will get more power though, so you may have to fade forward or backwards to even out the sound.
