bigbodylexus
I have had this phone for almost 2 months and it seems like it's getting slower. First I had the battery issue and then I "fixed" that now it seems like when I open my camera or send picture messages it either takes forever or just doesn't send the picture messages. Anybody have any ideas as to solving this (sorry I can't throw down the street) Quote 1990 Chevy Suburban (Big Booty Judy) (4) Sundown Audio Zv5 18's (1) Sundown Audio Salt 12K (1) Sundown Audio SAX-100.4 (1) Sundown Audio SAE-50.4 (2) Crossfire ST-1 Tweeters (2) Obsidian Audio ST-1 tweeters (4) Sundown Audio Neo Pro v3 6.5's Saving 2nd Bass
Lice_01
maybe it has to do with the fact you have a ton of messages still saved? If you have lots of messages saved try deleting some, i know my phone's text messagin starts getting slow when i have to many.
audiofanaticz
I had a htc ppc6800 a lil over a month, returned it because it was outdated and got the htc touch pro and love it!! You may want to goto "start>settings>system>task manager" then click on stop all. So far these programs stay running until you phsyical end them. I dont know if the diamond is uning touchflo 3d or not, but if you got the older style menus the task manager is located under the memory tab and you could end programs from taht instead. G_Fresh
Is it better then the diamond?
bigbodylexus
For the average consumer the Samsung Instinct is better. The HTC Touch Diamond has Windows (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) unless you are a travelling business man you really don't need all of the features it has (unless you just like to showoff) I love my Instinct, no problems whatsoever! wlsmoku
i know this is an old thread, but the "factory" picture mail is horrible for all of sprint's windows based phones imho. I'm not sure if I can post any links or not, but there is an amazing app that has lifetime updates for $5 (donation through paypal...I assume some kid built the program haha). easy install and fast to send picmail. I used it on the ppc6800, the diamond, the touch, and the touch pro with 100% success rate and great speed. I know it sounds like I'm trying to sell something, but I am not. if it's ok to post the link just let me know, or PM me
