OrenB217 Posted April 11, 2009 Report Posted April 11, 2009 Will the Hifonics BXi2608D 1-Channel Amp be good enough to power 2 15" Kicker L7 (2 ohm each)? I think I want to start out with this amp before I upgrade to fosgate or sundown, so any suggestions would be great. Remarkable Flex Posted May 8, 2009 Report Posted May 8, 2009 you'd be fine with a 2010D also, giving 1000w RMS for each sub if you're on a budget.

a_steezy Posted May 8, 2009 Report Posted May 8, 2009 i dont think it will push them good. if the subs are 2ohm as you said you have to wire the subs down to 2 ohms into the amp. that amp claims "1700" watts at 2 ohms and it's over rated, probably more around 1500 watts now if your subs are 4ohm youre golden.
