I read they are coupes, or "pony" cars, but my dad REALLY thinks they were the original sports car, and are considered so on insurance. Would the 05-09 models be any different? GT? GT? really? my grandpas sts is considered a sports car, i think a mustang would be too... The trick is to get them to rate you on the oldest car you have lol. If they rate me on the 05 mustang its like $1900 a month. Hell even on my taurus which is a sedan its like $1100 either way im covered on any car I drive.
