Is it as crucial when running mids & highs as it is w/ subs? For example- A 4 channel amp thats stable to 2ohm being ran at say 1.6 or 1.33 per channel?

Thanks ahead of time for any help. Just tryin to plan out my route for mids & highs.

Just out of curiousity, how would your ohms get that low on mids & highs? all the speakers I've ever seen are 4 ohms...

Running 8ohm Seleniums.

Running 3 4-ohm speakers in parallel on a channel ;)

OP, yes it's just as important. 2 ohm stable is 2 ohm stable...

Get 4 speakers and go series-parallel for a 4 ohm final load or 2 speakers for 2 ohm...

EDIT: Without going into reactive load bs that is...
