Replacing the seals works well and if you wanna get serious then find any latches that you can get at and either move them inwards a little or bend them in a bit with a metal bar or hammer. Sure you have to slam the doors to make them shut properly but you can gain a little from the extra force holding the door shut. Quote 10.x volts fo' life! Boon Posted April 21, 2009 Report Share Posted April 21, 2009 Hmm. i didn't know that. 3-10a: Expanding foam may be used sparingly throughout the vehicle to seal small openings or reduce vibration, but may not be used to fill voids or other large cavities (such as the dashboard or doors). I think 'sparingly' was decided to mean no larger than 'a fist' in any single location.
