Also why did you just cut a whole in the back of the box like that. Cant see in the pic but tell me that hk is back by plexi or something.

Oh yeah there is 3/8 in plexi and siliconed to ensure seal. As for bracing the way teh build is going it is braced externaly on the sides and back. The front face is so close tolerence in order to get the subs in there should not be any flex in face. I have blocks against the sides that hold the felx down on the box and top is braced again deck.

My cavalier peaked at 47-49 no matter what i did rear firing, forward firing and sealed off, and walled. for my ground. I bolted through the floor of the trunk. if he has the stock alternator in there hes not going to get any juice at all.

it might be the fact that mine is deadened but it peaked at 40 fireing back and 43 fireing forward

Sounds nice. I take back my previous statements. Nice build man. Box does definatly look bad ass lit up.

Here is an idea for your next build. This box is in 2 door Alero with two 12's and a single 7.5" aeroport and musics 149.8db at dash with 2400w of clamped power. This was the unfinished design and it's louder now and the port is flush. And this wasn't a spl box it is a music design. It plays with in 1db from 38-49hz.
