Difference Between 4 Ohm And 2 Ohm Kicker L5 15" Sub

well I was looking at amps and I realized that a 2 ohm gets more power to the sub than a four ohm. is that more unsafe

It only effects your wiring options. Whether or not you want to wire it down to a 2Ω stable amp or a 1Ω stable amp.

example, 2 subs dual 2ohm, would give you .5ohm load or 2ohm

2 subs dual 4ohm would give you 1ohm and 4ohm load

so you would need a amp that works with the ohm loads youre able to get from your subs

yeah the only difference id say there is, is that if your only getting one or if your getting a certain amount of them so you can make differnt loads for differnt amps and power handling capibilities.
