BJD3
I have two of them in my wifes exploder in a sealed box with 2 1200 watts amps now the box is 41"wide15"tall@14deep how much slot port area would that need oh and the subs are facing up and want the port up figered this was a sony thread so I would ask Someone please chime in behind me, but with the volume of the box without subtracting port and woofer displacement, it would be ~80 sq. in. of port. EDIT: Though, I'm not sure if that's enough airspace for each woofer. Edited April 29, 2009 by BJD3 Quote Anti Peel and Seal...lol You may be offended by the above. BHSskaterBHS
I agree totally. When i started getting into car audio, i did not know about: fi, dc, jl, etc... All i knew was i wanted a sub woofer that was not too expensive and was easily buy able. Therefore, i ended up with what i have now. One day ill upgrade, but for now this is fine! =D Quote 2002 FORD EXPLORER PACKED WITH SOME CHEAP SUBWOOFERS!
