Can Any Verizon Customer Help?

I want to get a blackberry storm off ebay to use on alltel, but I need it unlocked. There is a phone number any verizon wireless customer can call and give them the esn and such numbers and they will give you an unlock code for the phone. So basically, anyone with verizon willing do to so if I need it done? Possibly give you a small sum of money. I'm just wanting to see if someone would be willing to do it before i buy the phone because i don't know anyone with verizon wireless.

Yeah i'll have to give you numbers that are on the blackberry and you tell it to the agent, and when they go to walk you through it tell them you already know how to and to just give you the number. I haven't ordered my phone yet, I may order it tomorrow.

if its been reported stolen, broken, lost etc there is no way to unlock it...its a federal offense ive been told....i.e. if the person gets a new one for warrenty purpouses..says its been one of the above and you try to unlock it it wont happen

Just bought one, supposedly its unlocked. If its the way you describe they list them as "bad esn" (electronic serial number), I don't think im going to get one like that, its a legit source for blackberry storms.

Got it yesterday, everything works great besides the internet, and that will be fixed by monday.
